I’m Aniapa — your Clarity Confidant.
I help high performers process life out loud in a judgment-free space — not as a therapist or coach, but as a trusted sounding board who knows how to hold space with depth, presence, and zero pressure to perform.
With a background in the performing arts, psychology and mindfulness-based disciplines such as Taoism and Ikigai, I blend empathy, intuition, and blunt clarity into every session. Whether you’re sorting through stress, burnout, or just need a space to think clearly, this is where you come to feel heard without being handled.

I know this deeply…because I used to be the kind of man who felt like I had nowhere to go with what I was feeling. I kept it all inside — numbing out, staying busy, staying useful, staying in control.

I didn’t feel safe being real. Even with myself.
This practice was born out of my own process — learning to sit with discomfort, feel my emotions without running, and let go of the pressure to “have it together.”
It’s not that I figured everything out. It’s that I stopped pretending I had to.

Start by sharing what you’re holding. This short form helps ensure this is the right fit — no pressure, no performance.
2. Book a Clarity Call
If it feels aligned, I’ll invite you to a 15-minute intro call. Just a vibe check.
3. Begin Your Sacred Space
If it’s a yes on both sides, we begin. Weekly sessions, voice reflections, and space to process what’s real — without fixing, forcing, or judgment.
What Exploring Together Looks Like
The Grounding Session — $150 — Per session
This initiation session is a private one-hour sit where you step directly into Sacred Space and experience what it means to be fully heard without judgment, fixing, or agenda. It’s a space for you to drop what you’ve been carrying, speak freely, and allow what’s present to surface. You don’t need to prepare anything. You show up exactly as you are. When the session ends, you’ll know whether the work resonates. If it does, you may be invited into the full Sacred Space container. If not, no pressure. The Grounding Session stands on its own. You get out what you put in.
The Sacred Space — $540 — Monthly
An ongoing private container for those ready to go deeper. We meet one-on-one each week for a fully present, judgment-free session where you can speak freely, process what’s real, and release what you’ve been carrying — without advice, fixing, or performance. Between sessions, you’ll have private access to voice reflections and messaging, space to integrate, and emergency access when needed. This is where the real work unfolds — steady, grounded, consistent. Entry into Sacred Space is by invitation only, after completing your Initiation Session.
- 4 one-hour sessions/month — Consistent, judgment-free space to speak freely, without therapy or coaching.
- The Holding Room — A post-session, private communication channel – a space to reflect and integrate at your own pace.

- 2 anchor calls/month (15 min each) — For when the unexpected happens and you need to clear your mind, quickly

How are the sessions structured?
You show up as you are. No scripts, no expectations. We start where you’re at and follow what’s real in the moment.
Do I need to prepare anything before we talk?
Nope. Come as you are. If you want to bring something specific, you can. But it’s never required.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Please give 24 hours advanced notice when possible and we’ll reschedule.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You’re never locked in. Just let me know before your next billing cycle.
How quickly do you respond to my voice messages?
You’ll get one response per session — delivered within 48 hours on weekdays.
What’s the tone or vibe of the space?
